Football - The 1990's Against arch-rival
Moeller, the tide had turned, with the Panthers winning 7 of
11 meetings between the two schools in the '90's. As the
decade ended, the Bombers had a two-game lead over the
Panthers in the 1990's; Elder had a 9-1 edge over Western
Hills and a 8-2 lead over La Salle, and were undefeated in
eleven games with Oak Hills. The leading scorer
for the 1990s was Brandon Sowers, who over three seasons
scored 33 touchdowns and 1 conversion to achieve 200 points
and third place on the school scoring list, behind Larry
Parker and Paul Drennan.
